Governor Mohammed described the successful transition into 2026 as an act of divine grace.

He particularly acknowledged the patience and perseverance of citizens in the face of economic hardship.

He assuring residents that his administration would continue to provide palliative support while pursuing long-term and sustainable economic solutions.

Governor Mohammed reiterated his administration’s commitment to the full implementation of the outcomes of the recently held Bauchi State Investment and Economic Summit.

He noted that the initiative is central to accelerating economic growth and social development across the state.

He also assured residents that even as his government approaches the end of its second and final tenure, it remains fully committed to the delivery of key infrastructural and social projects.

He warned that the government would not hesitate to enforce the law against anyone found engaging in actions capable of disrupting public peace.

Governor Mohammed further called on traditional rulers, religious leaders, political actors and other stakeholders across party lines to sustain prayers, cooperation and understanding in order to promote lasting peace, unity and prosperity in Bauchi State and Nigeria.

He concluded by wishing the people of Bauchi State and Nigerians a happy and prosperous 2026.
