Our Editor
As the 2027 elections is drawing closer, Comrade Imrana Adamu, from Gombe South constituency has been endorsed by the Gombe ADC Support Group as the next state house of assembly member representing the constituency.
The group in a press release by its leader, Zakari Garba, said Imrana is backed by them because of his track record in youth empowerment and job creation.
According to him, Adamu served as Npower Ambassador in the state and was credited with facilitating employment for hundreds of young people through the federal government’s Npower programme.
“During the Buhari administration, he also played a key role in securing over 300 home-grown supervisory positions, an initiative aimed at boosting local employment and economic growth in Gombe South.
“His approach to leadership has been defined by grassroots engagement and measurable results. Comrade Imrana is not just an aspirant with a plan, he is a leader with a proven record of delivering,” he said.
He added that at a time when Gombe South needs practical, people-focused representation, “Imrana Adamu has shown he can create opportunities and translate them into real benefits” for their communities.
“We believe he is the right choice for the State Assembly seat.
“Beyond job creation, Adamu’s duty anchored on transparency, inclusiveness and sustainable development. His stated priorities include improving healthcare delivery, upgrading education infrastructure, and expanding job opportunities across Gombe South”, the group opined.
