Supreme Court confirmed Absullahi Sule as Governor of Nasarawa State

The Supreme Court has confirmed Abdullahi Sule of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the Governor of Nasarawa State.
In a recent judgment, a five-member panel dismissed all four appeals filed by Emmanuel David Ombugadu, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), deeming them unmeritorious.
Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, delivering the lead judgment, ruled against the PDP and Ombugadu on all identified issues and subsequently dismissed the appeal
