Bauchi governor, emirs, dignitaries attend wedding of daughter of Emir of Bauchi

Dignitaries from all walks of life, including Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State, former Governor Isa Yuguda and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Idris Wase attended the Wedding Fatiha of a daughter of Emir of Bauchi Fatima Rilwanu Sulaimanu Adamu and Abdullahi Ibrahim.
The Wedding was conducted by the Chief Imam of Bauchi, Bala Baban Innah.
Gombe State Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya was represented by Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Jodi.
Other dignitaries who witnessed the wedding were Controller General of the Nigeria Customs Service Hamid Ali as well as emirs from within and outside the state.
The Emir of Lafiya Muhammad Sidi Ibrahim represented the bride Fatima Rilwanu Sulaimanu Adamu while his counterpart from Katagum Umar Faruq stood in for the groom Abdullahi Ibrahim with the sum N100,000 as bride price.
In a goodwill message after the wedding solemnisation at the Bauchi Central Mosque, Governor Bala Mohammed congratulated the couple for witnessing the day and prayed God to bless their union.
On his part, the Emir of Bauchi Alhaji Rilwanu Sulaimanu Adamu expressed appreciation to the dignitaries that graced the occasion.
