Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Mourns Former Dean Killed in Motorbike Accident

The Rector of Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, Alhaji Sani Usman, has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic death of Malam Ahmadu Maidorawa.
Maidorawa reportedly died on Monday following a motorbike accident along the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Gubi Campus Road
Until his death, he served as former Head of the Department of Computer Science, immediate past Dean of the School of Science and Technology, and Deputy Director of the ICT Geospatial Centre.
The rector described the late Maidorawa as a committed and dedicated staff member who gave his best to the growth and development of the institution.
He also extended condolences on behalf of the management council and the polytechnic community to the deceased’s family, while wishing speedy recovery to his daughter, who was involved in the accident.
The deceased has been buried according to Islamic rites at his family residence in Unguwar Bauchi.
The rector prayed for Allah to forgive his shortcomings, grant him Jannatul Firdaus, and comfort his family, colleagues, and students.
