Dr Yakubu Adamu, Supporters Declare Total Support for Bala Mohammed Amid Political Realignments

A prominent politician and grassroots mobiliser, Dr. Yakubu Adamu, alongside his political movement groups, has declared unwavering support for Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, stating that he and his supporters will stand firmly behind the governor regardless of whichever political party he chooses to align with.

The declaration was contained in a press statement signed by Hon. Mahmoud Abba Yana, former Executive Chairman of Shira Local Government Area, on behalf of Dr. Yakubu Adamu and his political movement.

“We, on behalf of Dr. Yakubu Adamu’s contact committee and the entire structure of his political movement groups, wish to address the public, party stakeholders, and the good people of Bauchi State on recent political developments and consultations involving His Excellency, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, Kauran Bauchi, Jagaban Katagum,” the statement read.

It added that at a critical moment in the political journey of the state, the group considered it necessary to reaffirm its loyalty, respect, and total solidarity with the governor, whose leadership has continued to inspire confidence, unity, and purposeful governance across Bauchi State and beyond.

The group praised Governor Bala Mohammed’s commitment to the welfare of the people, infrastructural development, and inclusive leadership, noting that such qualities have earned him the trust and admiration of many.

“As a visionary leader and statesman, his decisions are always guided by the overriding interest of peace, progress, and prosperity of our people,” the statement added.

On the ongoing political realignments and consultations across the country, the group stated clearly that Dr. Yakubu Adamu and all members of his movement stand firmly with Governor Bala Mohammed in any political decision he may take, including joining any political party of his choice.

“Our support is total, unconditional, and resolute.
“We believe strongly that wherever His Excellency leads, the path will be one of progress, justice, and development. Therefore, we call on all our members, supporters, and the general public to remain united, calm, and supportive as we collectively move in the direction that best serves the interest of Bauchi State and Nigeria at large.

“This declaration is a testament to our shared vision, mutual trust, and collective determination to build a stronger and more prosperous future for all.
“Together, we stand. Together, we move. Together, we succeed.”
