Gov Kefas Shares Data Capturing Machines to Boost NIN Enrollment in Taraba

Taraba State, Agbu Kefas weekend flagged off the distribution of 25 data capturing machines and printers to boost enrollment for National Identification number (NIN) in Taraba state.
Kefes during the exercise at TY Danjuma House Jalingo reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening the national identity enrollment process across the state.
He noted that the development mark the first time in the history of the state that the government is providing such significant support to the commission.
The Taraba State Coordinator of the National Identity Management Commission, Mrs Serah Babangida, expressed profound gratitude to the Governor for providing the equipments, noting that the intervention would significantly enhance the commission’s capacity to enroll more residents into the national identity database.
“This gestures represents a historic milestone in collaboration and demonstrates the government’s strong commitment to inclusive governance and digital identity expansion.
The initiative also aligns with the Federal Government’s drive to build a robust digital public infrastructure, aimed at ensuring that more Nigerians are captured in the national identity system” she said.
