Bauchi State First Lady Distributes Ramadan Palliatives to Vulnerable Groups

The First Lady of Bauchi State, Dr. Aisha Bala Mohammed, has extended Ramadan relief to vulnerable groups across the state through the distribution of essential palliatives,
The gesture reaffirms the administration’s commitment to compassion and inclusive social welfare.
The initiative was organized under the Renewed Hope Initiative in collaboration with the North East Development Commission and the Bauchi State Government
The aim was to ease the hardship among vulnerable persons thereby promoting dignity, and supporting communities during the holy month of Ramadan.
Speaking at the event, the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Child Development, Dr. Lydia Haruna Tsammani, emphasized the government’s unwavering resolve to empower women and protect vulnerable populations across the state.
Leaders of women’s groups drawn from across the political divide, including the Peoples Democratic Party and the All Progressives Congress, commended the First Lady for her inclusive approach and humanitarian leadership,.
They pledged their continued support for initiatives that uplift the less privileged.
Beneficiaries at the distribution expressed deep appreciation for the timely intervention, describing it as a source of relief and encouragement during the fasting period.
The Ramadan outreach further underscores Bauchi State’s commitment to social responsibility and solidarity, particularly in moments that call for shared compassion and collective support.
