The All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Parliament, North-East zone, has extended warm felicitations to Vice President Kashim Shettima on the celebration of his 59th birthday.
In a goodwill message issued in Bauchi on Tuesday, the Chairman of the Parliament, Mr. Kabiru Garba Kobi, hailed Shettima as a visionary and humble leader whose dedication to the progress of the North-East and Nigeria remains unwavering.
“On behalf of the youth across the North-East and the entire APC Youth Parliament, we celebrate His Excellency on this special occasion of his 59th birthday. It is indeed a moment to honour a leader with uncommon foresight, resilience, and purpose,” Kobi stated.
He praised the Vice President’s patriotism, mentorship, and commitment to addressing Nigeria’s socio-economic challenges, describing him as a role model for young people.
The Parliament further noted that the North-East is proud of Shettima’s contributions, likening his leadership stature to that of the late Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, Nigeria’s first Prime Minister.
“Nigerian youths remain inspired by your achievements and stand firmly behind you as you continue to serve the nation,” the statement read.
The APC Youth Parliament prayed for divine guidance and abundant blessings upon Shettima, wishing him good health, peace, and many more fruitful years in service to the country.
