“During my campaign I have crisscrossed all the roads you are seeing and I know of the challenge of the road networks the situation of the area.

“My coming here to witness the commissioning of this mosque has given me a courage to see that as a senator representing them I have to intensify my efforts to see that I do projects that affect them.”

“I have seen with my eyes the deplorable state of the road and the difficult live of the residents.

“They suffer from lack of portable water and electricity. I have seen first hands the suffering of my constituents.

“I am more than ever determined to ensure that they get water facilities and solar electricity and whatsoever is within my power as their Senator I will do for my people”

He announced another donation of N10 million to kick start the building of an Islamic school in the  Tsakanin Tafawa community..

“I count it a privilege to be here to commission this mosque.

“We thank God and prayed that the new mosque in the community will be an avenue where the people will lead a life that pleases Allah,” he said

He praised Professor Mansur Yelwa for starting the  mosque project.

“My coming here has become a blessing because I also promised to build other facilities,” he added.

“I wish to call on residents, particularly youths, to be law abiding and live in the fear of God.

“I have initiated several empowerment programmes for youths, artisans and business people to make them self-reliant by giving them what to do

“Our people are facing difficulties because they do not have basic facilities”

A resident of Tsakanin Tafawa, Muhammad Musa captured the moment the senator came to the community.

“I felt over joy today with the efforts of Dr Munsur Isa Yelwa  who facilitated the coming of the mosque in the community,” Musa said.

“We are praying for Senator Buba to become a governor of our state.

“He has a good heart and we pray that he becomes the next governor so that he will continue t healp more people.

“We don’t have drinking water in the community and we don’t have road.

“We have cried about this road for many years and all the 17 traditional leaders in the Zaranda and the district in the area have appealed severally to the state government for something to be done about this road.

“We even had the plan to meet Senator Buba concerning the road and today we are glad in is in our community.

“We also appeal to our senator that even if it culverts he can  construct for all we will be grateful in all measure that if the road project will not be possible”
