Burial of late mother of Dalung,former Minister Of Sports, Fixed for Dec 23

The former minister of Youth and Sports, Barrister Solomon Selcap Dalung has fixed Saturday 23rd, December 2023 for his mother’s burial.
Nalkat Yah Chirram, the late mother of Dalung will be interred on December 23 at the family house at Sabongida in Lantang South Local Government of Plateau State.
“It’s with a heavy heart that I share the news of my beloved mother’s passing. Her departure leaves a profound void, and I am deeply touched by the outpouring of condolences during this challenging time,” he stated.
“Mama was not just my mother; she was a remarkable soul whose infectious energy and charisma touched the lives of many. Losing a mother is an incredibly difficult experience, and the beautiful memories we shared together will forever hold a special place in my heart.
“I want to express my gratitude for your thoughts and prayers.Your support means the world to me as I navigate through this period of grief. I ask for your understanding as I take the time needed to mourn and find strength in the cherished memories we created with Mama.
“Please be assured that your kindness does not go unnoticed, and I am grateful for the solidarity shown during this difficult journey. Let us honor Mama’s memory by cherishing the love she shared with us”
Late Nalkat Yah Chirram died on November 30th at the aged of 90 years
In a press statement signed by the former minister, Dalung and made available to newsmen, saying that his late mother Nalkat Yah Chirram will begin the journey home at 6am when the body is conveyed from the Nigerian Airforce Military Hospital Mortuary in Jos on 23 December to Sabongida, the home town of the late mother.
There will be funeral service at 10am that day at the family house at Millionaires’ Quarters, Sabongida in Langtang local government area of Plateau State, the release disclosed.
Dalung served as the Nigeria’s minister of youth and sports from 2015 to 2019 during the first tenure of president Muhammadu Buhari.
He thanked the good people of plateau State and Nigeria at large for calling and sending condolences messages to him, and prayed to God in order to continue to keep cordial relationship.
