Federal Polytechnic Kaltungo Appoints First Female Acting Rector

In a historic move, the Federal Polytechnic Kaltungo has appointed Dr. Eldah Epriam Buba as its first female Acting Rector.
The appointment was announced in a statement by the institution’s Public Relations Officer, Umaru D. Yusuf.
According to the statement, the governing council also appointed other key management members, including Musa A. Saleh as Acting Registrar, Abdulhamid Abubakar as Bursar, Mustapha Jumare as Acting Librarian, Kabiru Abubakar Yahya as Acting Director of Academic Planning, and Abeneza O. Tiklak as Director of Physical Planning.
The Public Relations Officer added that the appointments followed the expiration of the tenure of the previous management team.
Our correspondent reports that the new Acting Rector, Eldah Epriam Buba, is a 48-year-old scholar with a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom.
She is currently pursuing her PhD in the same discipline at Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti.
