Bauchi Gov Donates N50m To Support Ooni’s Wife’s Humanitarian Efforts

The Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Mohammed, has donated the sum of ₦50 million to support the humanitarian activitie of Olori Temitope Morenikeji Adesegun Ogunwusi, the wife of the Ooni of Ife.
The d governor announced the donation when Olori Temitope paid a courtesy visit to the Governor at the Government House in Bauchi.
Mohammed said the the funds would support the Hope Alive Initiative, a foundation affiliated with the Ooni of Ife, which focuses on providing aid to disadvantaged children.
He praised Olori Temitope’s commitment to philanthropy and community development, and urged traditional institutions across the country to emulate her humanitarian efforts.
In her response, Olori Temitope commended Governor Mohammed’s administration for executing people-oriented programmes and policies, which have positively impacted the lives of Bauchi State residents.
The collaboration between Governor Mohammed and Olori Temitope is aimed at promoting child welfare and social support, particularly during the upcoming Valentine’s Day celebration.
