AFCON: Omeruo to captain Super Eagles against Guinea-Bissau

Kasimpasa of Turkey defender, Kenneth Omeruo, will captain the Super Eagles against Guinea-Bissau on Monday (today).
The encounter against the Djurtus will be Nigeria’s 100th game at the Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON.
Omeruo will take the place of injured William Troost-Ekong in the starting line-up for the game.
The 30-year-old was an unused substitute in Nigeria’s first game against Equatorial Guinea.
