Court nullifies Adamawa APC Governorship primary

A Federal High Court sitting in Yola has nullified the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election which produced Senator Aishatu Binani as the party’s governorship candidate for Adamawa State.
The court declared on Friday that following its ruling, there would be no candidate for the APC in the State for the 2023 elections.
The court, however, said both the petitioner and the defendants were free to appeal the ruling.
