Kashim Organisation Denies Allegations, Petitions Police Over Defamatory Video

From Paul Orude Bauchi
The Barrister Ibrahim Muhammad Kashim Contact and Mobilisation Organisation, Muqaddas 2027, has dismissed as false and malicious a video clip circulating on TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms, alleging that its principal, Barrister Ibrahim Muhammad Kashim, was involved in stolen or misappropriated funds.
In a statement signed by its Director General, Hon. Samaila Mohammed Noma, the organisation described the allegations as “spurious fabrications aimed at maligning Kashim’s impeccable reputation, distracting the public, and undermining his integrity.”
Kashim, popularly known as Muqaddas Din Bauchi, is the former Secretary to the Bauchi State Government and a frontline political figure in the state.
The statement noted that a formal petition has been submitted to the Bauchi State Commissioner of Police, urging an immediate investigation and prosecution of those responsible for the video. In addition, the organisation confirmed that civil proceedings have been instituted to seek damages against the perpetrators.
Assuring the public of Kashim’s commitment to accountability and service, Noma stressed that “no smear campaign will deter Barrister Ibrahim Muhammad Kashim from his unwavering dedication to selfless service and the progress of Bauchi State.”
