Bauchi: SWAN Congratulates Gidado On Appointment As Perm Sec

The Sports Writers’ Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Bauchi State Chapter, has congratulated the Special Adviser to Governor  Bala Mohammed on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado on his recent appointment as Permanent Secretary in the State Civil Service.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Chairman of SWAN in the state,Bala Bawaji, describing 

Godado, as a strong supporter of the sports community in the state. 

“His leadership and consistent encouragement of Sports Writers in the State has led to significant  growth and development of sports journalism,” the statement noted 

“The members of SWAN, Bauchi State Chapter, recognize and commend his dedication to the enhancement of the media landscape and his positive impact on the sports industry in the region.

“His new appointment is well-deserved and comes as no surprise given his remarkable dedication to service, his passion for the media, and his ongoing support for Sports Writers in Bauchi State. We are proud to celebrate this moment with him and wish him continued success in his new role.

“The Association is confident that Mukhtar Gidado will continue to bring the same level of excellence, professionalism, and commitment to his new position as he did in his previous role. His appointment is a testament to his hard work and unwavering contributions to both the media and sports sectors in Bauchi.

“SWAN Bauchi State Chapter looks forward to working closely with him in the future to further elevate the standard of sports journalism and to promote the welfare of sports in the state.

“Once again, congratulations to Mukhtar Gidado on this well-earned elevation to the peak of Civil Service”
