Past Administrations Neglected Tapshin Until Governor Mohammed Came – Bauchi Commissioner

Bauchi State Commissioner for Works and Transport, Professor Titus Saul Ketkukah, has revealed that all past gaovernors of the state failed to execute projects in Tapshin community until the coming of the administration of Governor Bala Mohammed.
Ketkukah made this observation during his thanksgiving service at the Church of Christ In Nations (COCIN) LCC Tapshin in Tafawa-Balewa local government area on Sunday.
The Commissioner, who hailed from Tapshin disclosed that since Governor Mohammed was elected and sworn into office in 2019, he has ensured that every community in the state felt the positive impact of his administration.
He praised the governor for transforming Tapshin community into an urban area by constructing the Boi-Tapshi road, including a standard bridge that links Bauchi and Plateau States from that axis.
He explained that, with the bridge and the road construction by the State Governor, senator Bala Mohammed, business activities has become more easier and profitable compared to the past.
He thanked God for promoting him in to the rank of Professor of civil engineering at the University of Jos, also thanked God for giving him the position Commisioner of Works and Transport, Bauchi State by Governor Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir.
Ketkukah used the opportunity to seek for God’s wisdom, strength, guidance, protection in other to serve faithfully and carry every body along
Also speaking at the event, Professor Rose Daffi of the department of civil engineering, University of Jos, Plateau State, described the commissioner as a humble, transparent, diligent and hardworking man.
She said that the appointment of Ketkukah as Commissioner for Works and Transport was the right step in the right direction by Governor Mohammed considering his immense experience.
Daffi assured that members of the faculty of engineering and the entire management of the University of Jos would always support the Commissioner with prayers to succeed
She assured that Ketkukah would use his wealth of experience to make a difference and support the Mohammed’s administration to succeed through the ministry of works and transport.
In his sermon, Rev Lawi Pokti, reading from the book of James 1:17 and 1 Corinthians 9:15 with the theme: Thanksgiving, said every good and perfect thing comes from God.
He admonished the people to always thank God for what God did in their lives in other to get more of his blessings.
The clergy who was former Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Bauchi State, urged the Commissioner, to make good use of his offoce to bring development to the State
