Breaking news: Nigeria’s Super Falcons Beat Lioness of Cameroon to Qualify for World Cup

The Super Falcons of Nigeria on Thursday night defeated Cameroon 1-0 to secure a place in the Semi-finals of the ongoing WAFCON.
The victory also qualifies the Falcons for 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, a ninth record consecutive world cup appearance.
Rasheedat Ajibade scored the lone goal in the 57th minute at the Stade Mohamed V Stadium in Casablanca gave the Super Falcons the edge.
The victory over the Lioness of Cameroon means the Super Falcons will play the host nation Morocco in Semi final.
